Sunny Isles Beach noted for being a place with stunning condominiums facing the sea, a bay with white sand and clean beaches ideal for a day at the beach.
In 1997 it was designated as “The City of the Sun and the Sea” because it is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.
Visitors who do not spend the night in the city can use the municipal parking lots that are located behind Walgreens, at 174th St. Heritage Park and at 193rd St. Cross Collins Avenue, which have access roads to the sea.
Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the Newport Fishing Port, which is 236 meters long and 186 meters above the water. This is the only area established for fishing from the mainland.
Activities are left over at Sunny Isles Beach, families can share with the little ones of the house at Samson Oceanfront Park, the place is ideal to enjoy a playground, a picnic area and concerts.
To the north of the city are Trump International Beach Resort, Bella Beach and Acqualina – Forbes Travel Guide gave it the Five Star distinction – where the public attends to taste a meal in front of the sea. The riskiest can rent jet skis, kayaks and diving equipment to enjoy on the beach.
