The city authorities are also in the process of realizing a new code of conduct to help control the area a bit more, where restaurants, bars and cafes abound.

After several complaints from both tourists and residents of Miami Beach about the failure to comply with various promotions and even the bad appearance left by the posters stuck in the different streets of the county, the City of Miami approved a few days ago the ban on placing ads or posters of «Happy Hours».

Those that are already stuck, will have to be also removed within a maximum period of two weeks, although it is valid to note that outside the premises if the respective menu can be.

This is what Mayor Dan Gelber said, who reported that he only wants to “limit the disorder in Ocean Drive, eliminate the announcements of specials that are not really special and combat the mismanagement of these premises”.

Ocean Drive is one of the most important areas of this place and it is here where different places try to attract their customers to have more consumption, however it was known that the town hall is in the process of approving a code of conduct to regulate the administration of these.
